Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as wrong size, wrong image, etc. Please note that imported items may have scratches or stains from long-distance transportation and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item is returned due to the recipient's long-term absence, non-payment, etc., we will refund the product price, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
