DELIVERY SERVICES

All orders are shipped from Japan via Yamato Transport International Parcel Service.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

WEAREALLANIMALS is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.

For security reasons, first-time orders paid by credit card may require additional billing verification. Orders will be shipped only after verification has been completed.

SHIPPING COST

International orders are exempt from Japanese consumption tax (10%).

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.

Free international shipping is available for orders over ¥50,000 JPY.

Please note that some oversized or exceptionally heavy items may require additional shipping charges. In such cases, we will contact you before shipment to confirm any additional costs.

TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
